Thread Safety

Public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are safe for multithreaded operations. Instance members are not guaranteed to be thread-safe.

Remarks

The log4net section of the configuration file needs to have a section handler registered. This is the section handler used. It simply returns the XML element that is the root of the section.
