Absolute

Syntax

ABSOLUTE int Identifier

Description

Moves the cursor to the row specified by the int, then fetches the row. The cursor must have been created with the Get Scroll Insensitive Cursor command. It displays a banner and the values of the row.

Note:

This command works only in a Java^(TM) 2 Platform, Standard Edition, v 1.2 (J2SE) or higher environment.

Examples

ij> autocommit off;
ij> get scroll insensitive cursor scrollCursor as
'SELECT * FROM menu FOR UPDATE OF price';
ij> absolute 3 scrollCursor;
